What is RheumWorld™?
RheumWorld™ is a rheumatology education company founded by Mario David Felix, MD, MHS, a board-certified rheumatologist. Our flagship product is the RheumWorld™ Question Bank: 1,400+ board-style MCQ questions aligned with the ABIM Rheumatology blueprint, each with detailed explanations for all answer options and evidence-based references. We also publish free clinical cases and guideline summaries on social media. Designed for fellows, attending physicians, residents, mid-level providers, and advanced learners.
Do you publish free content?
Yes. We post free clinical cases built from question bank vignettes and summaries of clinical guidelines on social media, primarily on Instagram @rheumworld. You can also try 60 free sample questions with full explanations, no subscription required.
What makes RheumWorld™ different?
RheumWorld™ focuses on depth and clarity: 1,400+ board-style questions, each with detailed explanations for every answer option and evidence-based references, written to strengthen clinical reasoning rather than just test recall.
Is RheumWorld™ just for board preparation?
No. While it's excellent for boards (initial certification, recertification, and MOC), RheumWorld™ is designed for continuous learning throughout your career, from fellowship through decades of practice.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes! 60 free questions with full explanations are available at rheumworld.org/sample-questions, no subscription required.
Is RheumWorld™ affiliated with ABIM?
No. RheumWorld™ and RheumWorld LLC have no affiliation with, and are not endorsed by, the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). We are an independent educational resource.
Getting Started & Access
How do I get started?
The RheumWorld™ Question Bank is purchased and accessed entirely through qbank.com: (1) Create a free account, (2) Purchase a plan (1 to 12 months), and (3) Log in to study. Once subscribed, you'll have access to timed mode, tutor mode, a custom quiz builder, and performance analytics.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your qbank.com account.
How do I manage my account or subscription?
All account settings, billing, and access are managed through your qbank.com account. For content-related questions, contact support@rheumworld.org.
Do you offer institutional or group pricing?
Yes. We offer institutional pricing for fellowship programs in the U.S. and abroad, and group pricing for clinical practices. We are also willing to work with international trainees on pricing. Contact us to learn more.
Can I earn CME credits?
Not currently, but this is something we may explore in the future based on user demand.

Who writes the questions?
All questions are written by Mario David Felix, MD, MHS, a board-certified rheumatologist and the founder of RheumWorld™, using primary literature, ACR/EULAR guidelines, and authoritative textbooks. Every question includes a reference citation.
What topics are covered?
All major adult rheumatology topics aligned with the ABIM blueprint, including inflammatory arthritis, connective tissue diseases, vasculitis, crystal arthropathies, metabolic bone disease, and more.
Will new questions be added?
Yes. We periodically add new questions to keep pace with evolving guidelines and new therapies.
